9 Best Glock Holsters for 2026: Hands-On Tested
The wrong Glock holster prints through your shirt, digs into your hip, or dumps your pistol on the ground. These are the Kydex, leather, and hybrid holsters we’d carry daily.
Looking for a holster that keeps it close without making you miserable?
Finding a holster that actually keeps your pistol planted, comfortable, and ready on the draw can feel a bit like dating: plenty of options, few real matches, and several that leave you sore in places you didnโt know existed.
Whether youโre carrying under a Tโshirt, suiting up for a duty shift, or just flexing your EDC setup at the range, a good holster does three crucial things: it secures the gun, protects the trigger, and lets you present fast without fishing around like you lost your keys.
The trouble is the Glock ecosystem is a carnival of choices – insideโtheโwaistband, outsideโtheโwaistband, appendix rigs, paddle mounts, minimalist clips, leather that smells like a saddle shop, Kydex molded tighter than Fort Knox. The options are endless.
Well, have no fear. If you’ve been hunting for the best Glock holster, we’re here to help you.
We burned through a stack of holsters, sweat through summer carry, crawled around gravel bays, even did the dreaded carโseat twist test, all to figure out which rigs hug a Glock like they mean it… and which ones print harder than your office copier.
Some of the key factors we considered when choosing the best Glock holsters include comfort, concealment, retention, adjustability, durability, draw speed, and compatibility with optics and accessories.
Stick around and weโll help you lock in the rig thatโs right for your setup, and avoid the ones that shouldโve never made it out of the mold.

1. EDITOR’S PICK: Hidden Hybrid Holsters OWB/IWB
What sets this holster apart is its clever combination of Amish-crafted leather and custom-molded Kydex that you can wear both inside and outside the waistband. The leather backing quickly molds to your body, eliminating pressure points you usually get from traditional Kydex-only rigs. It feels like youโre not even wearing a holster after the initial break-in.
It’s one of the most versatile holsters on the market, and my personal favorite.
Hidden Hybrid Holsters OWB/IWB
What sets this holster apart is its clever combination of Amish-crafted leather and custom-molded Kydex that you can wear both inside and outside the waistband.
What We Like: That leather backing does double duty – wear it inside your waistband for great concealability, or simply remove the steel clips and use the built-in belt slots to carry it outside the waistband. This design is a lifesaver for those of us who switch between deep concealment and range use regularly.
The Kydex shell is custom-formed for your specific Glock model and provides excellent trigger coverage and retention. You get a clear, reassuring click every time you holster your firearm, and adjustable tension screws let you dial in your preferred draw stiffness.
Itโs also optics and weapon-light ready, something rarely seen in hybrid holsters, making it ideal if you run red dots or weapon-mounted lights.
I’ve personally run this holster on my Glock 19 for months and the comfort difference compared to my previous all-Kydex setup is night and day, especially during long drives and active days outdoors.
If you don’t need OWB versatility, the standard IWB holster delivers all the same comfort and concealment in a slimmer package.
Flaws but Not Dealbreakers: The holster is bulkier than minimalist Kydex options. You might need slightly looser pants or a belt notch adjustment. For me, a big game changer was pairing it with a high-end gun belt over the leather belt from Kohls I always use.
Because of the leather flex, reholstering takes a second longer, but honestly, it’s a small trade-off for the huge comfort gains.
Youโll also want to periodically check the retention screws, as the leather breaks in and flexes naturally over time, potentially loosening them slightly. A drop of thread locker will fix this minor annoyance.
Lastly, the belt clips leave something to be desired. They work, but the larger clips from holsters like Rounded Gear or We the People feel more secure.
Bottom Line: For Glock owners who want maximum comfort without giving up secure retention, Hidden Hybridโs convertible holster is hard to beat. It excels for people who sometimes carry concealed and sometimes open but prefer one familiar rig instead of two.
2. MOST BUDGET-FRIENDLY: We The People IWB Holster
If you want to concealed carry without spending an arm and a leg, a good place to start is We The People holsters.
We The People has built a reputation for no-frills, American-made holsters that are simple and work well. Their IWB model is a straightforward Kydex shell designed specifically for your Glock model, giving you reliable retention, solid concealment, and easy everyday carry at a price thatโs almost too good to be true.
We The People IWB Holster
If you want to concealed carry without spending an arm and a leg, a good place to start is We The People holsters.
What We Like: Iโve used one extensively with a Glock 43X, and honestly, I went into it skeptical. How good could a holster that costs less than half of premium options really be? Surprisingly, itโs pretty damn good for what it is.
The best thing about this holster is its simplicity. It covers your trigger guard completely and locks your Glock in securely with a firm click, exactly as it should. Itโs thin enough that it practically vanishes under a T-shirt or hoodie, making concealment straightforward, even for new carriers.
Retention is adjustable via a single screw, and the belt clip allows a bit of cant adjustment, letting you dial in your preferred carry angle. While testing mine, I found the clip surprisingly sturdyโit didnโt pop loose or slip off during everyday movements like sitting, driving, or even jogging.
We The People has some nice customization options too. If black Kydex feels boring, you can choose from dozens of prints, flags, and even Constitution-themed designs. Thatโs a nice touch if you like to rock the Gadsden flag or some tiger stripes.
Flaws but Not Dealbreakers: Of course, at this price point, there are trade-offs. First, fit and finish arenโt as refined as higher-end holsters. You might notice sharper edges or corners.I sanded down mine slightly in just a few minutes.
Second, the plastic clip, while strong enough for everyday use, isnโt quite as confidence-inspiring as metal options during more vigorous activities or tactical training.
Thereโs also minimal adjustment for ride height or angle, so if youโre picky about exactly how your Glock rides inside your waistband, you might feel limited. And appendix carry with larger Glocks (like the Glock 19) might require adding an aftermarket foam wedge or claw to reduce printing.
Bottom Line: The We The People IWB Holster is ideal for first-time concealed carriers, folks on a tight budget, or even as a backup holster. You wonโt find boutique-level craftsmanship here, but for a rugged, functional, entry-level holster, itโs incredibly hard to beat.

3. BEST IWB KYDEX HOLSTER: Rounded IWB Holster by Concealment Express
If you prefer a Kydex design for inside-the-waistband and want the best you can get, our pick is the Rounded IWB Holster by Concealment Express.
The molding is precise, it offers a few thoughtful features, and will survive whatever sweaty buttcrack hell you put it through.
Rounded IWB Holster by Concealment Express
If you prefer a Kydex design for inside-the-waistband and want the best you can get, our pick is the Rounded IWB Holster by Concealment Express.
What We Like: What’s immediately noticeable is the crisp, secure “click” as the pistol fully seats into the Kydex shell. This audible and tactile retention confirmation is confidence-inspiring, and adjustable tension screws let you fine-tune your draw to precisely the feel you prefer.
Comfort-wise, Rounded got a few details right. The edges of the holster are smooth and polished, ensuring there are no sharp corners or uncomfortable hot spots against your body. A high sweat guard protects your Glockโs slide and sights from moisture and prevents them from digging into your side.
While no pure Kydex holster can rival leather or hybrid designs for absolute plushness, the Rounded IWB is impressively comfortable for daily carry.
Concealment is also excellent. Its slim profile means minimal printing under a casual T-shirt or polo, and the compact design tucks neatly into your waistline without unnecessary bulk. For those carrying a larger Glock, adding the optional concealment claw makes a noticeable difference in reducing grip printing, especially in appendix carry.
Adjustability is straightforward and effective. The standard belt clip can be rotated slightly, allowing you to set your preferred cant angle for comfortable draw and concealment. Though ride height is fixed at a well-balanced medium depth, most users find the default position ideal for quick access and discreet carry.

The clip itself is strong and reliable, holding securely onto a sturdy gun belt without slipping or shifting during everyday movement.
Rounded holsters also earn high marks for durability. Their .08โ thick Kydex is tough enough to withstand daily use, moisture, sweat, and incidental impacts, yet slim enough for comfortable all-day wear. In our experience, the holster has maintained its rigidity over time, preventing the mouth from collapsing and ensuring safe, easy reholstering.
Flaws but Not Dealbreakers: Because itโs a minimalist holster, you donโt have adjustable ride height or extra cushioning options out-of-the-box. Users seeking more customization might prefer hybrid options, while others looking for extreme concealability and modularity may gravitate toward pricier boutique Kydex holsters. But for most Glock owners wanting a simple, well-executed Kydex solution, these omissions won’t be a major concern.
The Kydex shell is rigid, so you wonโt get the comfort or flex that leather-backed options like Hidden Hybrid offer. If you have a bigger midsection, youโll probably find appendix carry less comfortable, since the firm Kydex edges can dig into your stomach when seated or bending.
Bottom line: If your carry preference leans toward full Kydex for IWB, Rounded’s holsters are as reliable and practical as it gets.
4. MOST COMFORTABLE IWB HYBRID: Alien Gear Cloak Tuck 3.5
Comfort is a massive factor in how often you actually carry your Glock. If your holster feels like a brick digging into your hip, chances are youโll start leaving your gun at home more often than not. The Cloak Tuck 3.5 from Alien Gear tackles this problem head-on, delivering a holster so comfortable you might forget youโre wearing it.
The Cloak Tuck 3.5 is a hybrid holster, meaning it combines a custom-molded Kydex shell with a wide neoprene-backed panel that sits against your body. Alien Gear upgraded this model with a hidden steel core that adds stiffness, helping keep the holsterโs shape and ensuring the rig wonโt collapse in your waistband.
Alien Gear Cloak Tuck 3.5
Comfort is a massive factor in how often you actually carry your Glock.
What We Like: Iโve carried a Glock 19 in the Cloak Tuck 3.5 extensively, including long road trips and extended range days. The comfort factor is real. That padded neoprene panel absorbs sweat, breathes nicely, and completely eliminates sharp edges from digging into your side. Even after hours of continuous wear, you wonโt feel the discomfort you get with pure Kydex rigs.
The two belt clips spread the weight of the gun out over a wider area, noticeably reducing pressure points. You can also adjust cant, ride height, and retention without any tools, thanks to the handy twist-lock spacers. Itโs convenient, user-friendly, and very forgiving if you frequently fine-tune your carry setup.
One other nice feature Alien Gear offers is a modular shell-swapping system. You can swap out shells if you change pistols down the road, saving you from having to buy an entirely new holster every time your firearm collection grows.
Flaws but Not Dealbreakers: With the Cloak Tuck 3.5, you give up a lot of space for that extra comfort. It’s bulkier than almost any other holster out there. You might have to size your pants up slightly or loosen your belt a notch to accommodate it comfortably. Reholstering also takes a bit more care since the neoprene backer flexes inward slightly when the gun is drawn.
Additionally, the wide backing can trap heat and become a bit warm on particularly hot days. Itโs not unbearable, but youโll notice it if youโre outdoors in summer for extended periods.
Finally, concealment is solid, but not quite as discreet as smaller, single-clip holsters, especially if you like appendix carry. The Cloak Tuck 3.5 shines brightest at the 3 to 5 oโclock position, tucked behind the hip.
Bottom Line: The Cloak Tuck 3.5 is ideal for shooters prioritizing comfort for long days at the office, extended car rides, or if you have a bigger body type that struggles with traditional holsters. Itโs the holster you reach for when you absolutely need to carry all day without constantly being reminded that youโre armed.
5. BEST APPENDIX CARRY (AIWB) HOLSTER: Tier 1 Concealed Axis Elite
If appendix carry is your thing, and youโre looking to comfortably carry a Glock plus a spare magazine in a single integrated system, Tier 1 Concealedโs Axis Elite is the gold standard. This holster solves the two biggest problems common with appendix carry: comfort and concealment, especially when carrying a compact or mid-size pistol.
Tier 1 took the concept of having your pistol and extra mag attached together and improved it dramatically by using a unique shock-cord hinge system between the two halves. This hinge allows the rig to flex naturally as your body moves, unlike traditional sidecars that jab into your gut or thigh every time you bend or sit.
Tier 1 Concealed Axis Elite
If appendix carry is your thing, and youโre looking to comfortably carry a Glock plus a spare magazine in a single integrated system, Tier 1 Concealedโs Axis Elite is the gold standard.
What We Like: The shock-cord system truly works as advertised. Within minutes of adjusting it, I was able to sit comfortably without feeling the constant pressure typical of rigid sidecar setups.
The concealment is excellent too. Tier 1 includes an adjustable claw that presses firmly against your belt, rotating the gunโs grip inward toward your body. Paired with the flex hinge and included foam wedge, the Axis Elite eliminates nearly all printing, even with a midsize Glock 19.
Under a simple T-shirt, my Glock and spare mag practically vanished, and I had zero worries about drawing unwanted attention.
Liking this one? Add CAT Outdoors as a preferred source on Google and stories like it show up first.
Add on GoogleBuild quality is outstanding. The holster shell is custom-molded Kydex with smooth edges and carefully recessed hardware. Retention screws for both the pistol and mag carrier are independent, so you can dial in your preferred draw tension separately. I also appreciate that Tier 1 offers options for optics cuts and weapon-mounted lights, ensuring this holster adapts perfectly to your particular Glock setup.
Another nice touch is that you can fine-tune ride height and cant by adjusting the clip positions. For me, getting the perfect setup required about fifteen minutes of careful adjustment. Once dialed in, though, the Axis Elite became remarkably comfortable and stable.
Flaws but Not Dealbreakers: The Axis Elite is not a cheap holster. Expect to spend around $140 or more if you include common upgrades like metal belt clips or extra wedges. But itโs genuinely worth it. I tried plenty of cheaper sidecars before upgrading to this one, and my only regret is not doing it sooner.
Also, thereโs a bit of a learning curve. Because the Axis Elite allows you to adjust cant, ride height, retention, and wedge placement, you may spend a day or two tweaking things until it fits just right. Once set up, though, youโre rewarded with exceptional comfort and concealment.
Lastly, the holsterโs broader footprint takes some getting used to, especially if youโre coming from a single-clip minimalist rig. When seated for extended periods, you may feel it pressing slightly into your thighs, though proper adjustment largely mitigates this.
Bottom Line: The Tier 1 Concealed Axis Elite is ideal for serious appendix carriers who demand peak concealment, rapid access to a spare magazine, and long-term comfort. Itโs an investment, sure, but it sets the benchmark for what a great appendix rig can be.
6. BEST GLOCK 43X HOLSTER: Tulster Profile IWB
If you chose the Glock 43X for its slim profile and easy concealability, then your holster should play along, too. The Tulster Profile IWB holster does exactly that. Itโs an ultra-thin, precision-molded Kydex rig designed specifically for the Glock 43X, making it one of the most streamlined and unobtrusive ways to carry this particular handgun.
Tulster Profile IWB
If you chose the Glock 43X for its slim profile and easy concealability, then your holster should play along, too.
What We Like: Iโve carried a Glock 43X extensively in a Tulster Profile and can honestly say itโs one of the few holsters that lives up to the โforget youโre wearing itโ clichรฉ. Thanks to its minimalist design, it adds virtually no extra bulk or width beyond the pistol itself, letting you effortlessly conceal your Glock beneath a T-shirt or polo.
Retention is excellent right out of the box, with a positive, confidence-inspiring click as your Glock seats fully into place. Tulster lets you adjust the retention with a single screw to match your preferred draw tension, and once set, it doesnโt wander loose over time.
Cant adjustment is also straightforward. The belt clip can be repositioned from zero to roughly 15 degrees, allowing you to carry at appendix or strong-side comfortably. For my use, carrying at the appendix position worked great, but the option to switch to hip carry without needing another holster is a nice flexibility.
Another major plus is its optics-ready design. If you run your 43X MOS with a red dot sight, the holster clears it easily. Itโs also cut to handle suppressor-height sights, which means you wonโt be shopping again if you later upgrade your Glockโs sight setup.
Tulster offers an optional concealment claw attachment (sold separately) to tuck the grip tighter against your abdomen for even deeper concealment. But honestly, in my testing, the slim dimensions of the Glock 43X meant the holster already concealed extremely well without it.
More from CAT Outdoors: Everything You Need to Know About Buying Your First Glock, Best AR-15s, Best 1911s
Flaws but Not Dealbreakers: Comfort-wise, the holster has no padding or built-in wedge. So if you have a particular body shape that requires a wedge or extra cushion, youโll have to add that yourself. During extended sitting periods (like long drives), you might feel the muzzle pressing into your thigh, though itโs minimal.
Also, the provided polymer clip is good but not as robust as some metal aftermarket clips. I never had the stock clip fail, but for absolute peace of mind, especially if you plan rigorous physical activity, you might prefer upgrading to a Discreet Carry Concepts metal clip.
Lastly, because the Profile holster is designed specifically around the slim dimensions of subcompact pistols like the 43X, itโs not a great option if you later switch to a larger firearm. Youโd need a different holster entirely, rather than just swapping shells or attachments.
7. BEST OWB GLOCK HOLSTER: Bravo Concealment BCA 3.0
Bravo Concealment has earned its stripes by making affordable, durable, no-nonsense holsters that simply get the job done. The BCA (Bravo Concealment Adaptive) 3.0 holster carries forward this reputation. Itโs a lean, molded-polymer design built specifically for Glocks, and it excels at hugging the pistol tight to your hip.
Bravo Concealment BCA 3.0
Bravo Concealment has earned its stripes by making affordable, durable, no-nonsense holsters that simply get the job done.
What We Like: Iโve run the BCA 3.0 holster extensively and found that it hits the sweet spot in concealability for an OWB rig. Unlike bulky pancake or paddle holsters, the BCA keeps a very slim profile, pressing the Glockโs grip inward and riding slightly higher than most OWB holsters. This combination makes it surprisingly easy to conceal under a loose button-down or even a hoodie.
The holsterโs polymer shell is thinner and lighter than traditional Kydex yet still feels sturdy and reliable. During range days and even some dynamic shooting classes, I noticed zero signs of stress or wear. The shell fully covers the trigger guard and snaps firmly into place with a reassuring click.
The included belt loops hold securely and comfortably during movement, and the slight forward cant improves concealment and natural draw angles. In testing, the holster remained perfectly stable during active drills like kneeling, running, and positional shooting, something other budget-friendly OWB holsters often struggle with.
Bravo Concealment also offers excellent value. With frequent sales and deals, you can often snag this rig for under fifty bucks. Considering the quality, concealability, and long-term durability you get, that price point makes the BCA 3.0 an outright steal.
Flaws but Not Dealbreakers: The holsterโs cant and ride height are both fixed, which means no fine-tuning if the stock angle isnโt perfect for your body shape or draw style. For me, the default settings were comfortable enough, but this might bother shooters who prefer deep customization.
Another thing to note: the belt loops, while secure, arenโt quick-detach. Threading your belt through the loops can take an extra minute or two if you frequently take your holster on and off. If you prefer rapid on-and-off capability, you might prefer a paddle-style holster.
Additionally, thereโs no active retention beyond the snug Kydex fit, meaning it isnโt ideal for open-carry scenarios requiring higher retention security. This holster shines primarily for concealed OWB or range use.
Bottom Line: If you prefer OWB carry but still want something slim enough to conceal under everyday clothing, the BCA 3.0 nails that balance. Itโs durable, reliable, and a fantastic value – exactly what you want in a practical holster designed for real-world carry.
8. BEST DUTY GLOCK HOLSTER: Safariland Holsters
When youโre carrying a Glock openly or on duty, retention isnโt optional – itโs mandatory. Safarilandโs Duty Rated Holsters with ALS (Automatic Locking System) is one of those holsters that instantly sets the bar for safety, durability, and speed. Itโs earned a well-deserved reputation among duty users because it delivers rock-solid retention, lightning-fast draw speed, and battle-tested toughness.
Safariland Holsters
When youโre carrying a Glock openly or on duty, retention isnโt optional – itโs mandatory.
What We Like: The ALS system automatically locks your Glock securely in place the moment you reholster. Itโs effortless, intuitive, and fast, giving you an audible and tactile confirmation your pistol isnโt going anywhere until you intentionally draw it again.
The retention system is operated by a thumb lever strategically placed where your thumb naturally lands when acquiring a firing grip. It takes just minutes of dry-fire practice to get comfortable with it, and after that, itโs second nature. No clumsy straps, snaps, or hoods.
This ease of operation is critical under stress, making the ALS a favorite among professional users.
What really sets Safariland apart is their build quality. These holsters are essentially bombproof, constructed from SafariLaminate, a rugged polymer composite that can withstand extreme impact, moisture, heat, and abrasion. You can subject this holster to years of daily abuse and it will barely show signs of wear. Itโs that tough.
Safariland offers a variety of attachment systems, from traditional belt loops to paddle mounts or even quick-detach QLS forks for modular setups. If you prefer your Glock with an optic, Safariland has models specifically cut for popular red-dot sights. Similarly, versions exist for pistols equipped with weapon lights like the SureFire X300 or Streamlight TLR-1.
Flaws but Not Dealbreakers: First, because this is a serious retention holster, itโs inherently bulkier than minimalist concealment rigs. If your priority is deep concealment under a T-shirt, this isnโt your pick. But if youโre carrying openly or under a jacket for duty or training, the extra size isnโt a concern.
Another small downside is the limited adjustability. Ride height and cant angle options depend heavily on the mounting system you choose. Although the ALSโs default high-ride, forward-cant position works well for most shooters, those needing significant customization might find options limited.
And finally, this isnโt a budget-friendly holster. Safariland products are built to professional standards, which come with a higher price tag. However, given the durability and level of retention you get, itโs money well spent, especially for serious use.
Bottom Line: The Safariland Duty Rated Holsters set the gold standard, delivering unbeatable security, rapid deployment, and unmatched durability. Itโs not just a holster, itโs an investment in reliability. If you carry a Glock openly for professional use, duty purposes, or demanding training, this is your best bet.
9. BEST LEATHER HOLSTER: Galco Combat Master Belt Holster
If we’re being honest, nothing beats the classic look or style of a leather holster. It’s sharp, confident, and effortlessly suave.
Galco has been at the top of the leather holster game for decades, making some of the most rugged and stylish holsters out there. The Combat Master is their finest and will no doubt look right at home on your hip.
Galco Combat Master Belt Holster
If we're being honest, nothing beats the classic look or style of a leather holster.
What We Like: The experience reminds me of why operators love leather holsters. Everything has a premium, crafted feel to it. And Galcoโs attention to detail is evident in every stitch, curve, and contour.
The leather provides a firm, secure fit right out of the box, and it gets even better with age. Over time, the Combat Master molds perfectly to your Glock and your waist, creating a more personalized fit. The more you wear it, the more comfortable it becomes, eventually feeling almost custom-made.
The retention is excellent, relying purely on friction and precise molding rather than external straps or levers. The holster covers the trigger guard completely and provides secure carry without sacrificing a smooth, rapid draw. The Combat Master’s forward cant, often called the FBI cant, places your Glock’s grip in the ideal position for quick and natural presentation.
The double-stitched seams and precision molding ensure this holster will last for years, even with daily use.
It also feels incredibly comfortable. The compact and contoured design holds your Glock snugly and close to your body, reducing printing beneath a jacket or untucked shirt. The open-top design allows a quick draw, and the belt loops hold the holster firmly, so long as your using a sturdy gun belt, ensuring zero shifting or sagging during normal activity.
Flaws but Not Dealbreakers: Leather requires a break-in period, usually a few days to a week, before it fully adapts to your pistol and your body. Additionally, leather can absorb sweat and moisture over time, meaning occasional cleaning and leather conditioning is advisable.
In other words, provide a little TLC over time to protect your investment. Also, the Combat Master isnโt designed to offer adjustable retention or cant angles; what you see is what you get.
Itโs also an OWB-only holster, so concealed carry requires a cover garment like a jacket or untucked shirt, limiting its versatility for summer or casual dress. However, few other holsters feel as substantial or look as professional.
Bottom Line: If you prefer leatherโs unmatched look and feel, the Galco Combat Master stands tall as the best leather holster option for Glock pistols. It combines classic aesthetics, outstanding build quality, excellent retention, and comfortable, stable carry into a holster that truly deserves its legendary status.
HONORABLE MENTION: CrossBreed SuperTuck Deluxe
CrossBreed essentially pioneered the hybrid holster design, and the SuperTuck Deluxe remains one of the most recognizable and trusted names in concealed carry. Combining a superb leather backer with a custom-molded Kydex shell, the SuperTuck provides a smart balance of comfort and retention.
However, it didnโt earn my top pick for hybrid holsters (that went to Hidden Hybrid) for a few reasons, which we’ll get to in a moment. Nonetheless, this is still a great holster if you’re interested.
CrossBreed SuperTuck Deluxe
CrossBreed essentially pioneered the hybrid holster design, and the SuperTuck Deluxe remains one of the most recognizable and trusted names in concealed carry.
What We Like: The leather backing conforms naturally to your body over time, spreading out weight and eliminating those pressure points common with fully rigid designs. Itโs one of the few holsters that truly feels better the longer you wear it.
Retention is secure and confidence-inspiring, with the molded Kydex providing that reassuring โclickโ when holstering your Glock. CrossBreed keeps things simple. There’s no extra retention devices or complicated levers to fiddle with, just friction and a snug fit.
The SuperTuckโs dual steel clips definitely help keep the rig rock-solid on your belt. Even if you’re moving around a lot, the holster stays put, providing stability unmatched by single-clip setups. You can adjust the ride height and cant by repositioning these clips, which we appreciate, allowing customization for your preferred draw angle.
One of the SuperTuckโs signature features is its “tuckable” capability (hence the name), making it an excellent choice for office or formal carry. Simply tuck your shirt over the holster, and all thatโs visible are the discreet belt clips. It remains one of the better holsters if you regularly need to carry discreetly in dressier attire.
Flaws but Not Dealbreakers: There’s a couple of reasons why we liked Hidden Hybrid over this one.
Firstly, the CrossBreed is somewhat bulkier overall, meaning you might need to size your pants up slightly. It also lacks the versatility of easily switching between IWB and OWB carry, something Hidden Hybridโs convertible design handles effortlessly.
Additionally, the SuperTuck doesn’t offer adjustable retention screws as standard, so fine-tuning friction can be more limited.
None of these are dealbreakers, necessarily, so if you feel inclined to opt for a Crossbreed holster we think you’ll still be happy with the result.
Bottom Line: If you prefer a classic leather-backed hybrid with a strong track record for comfort and reliability, CrossBreedโs SuperTuck remains an excellent choice, one you won’t regret adding to your concealed carry rotation.
FINAL THOUGHTS ON THE BEST GLOCK HOLSTERS
As you can see, there are a number of excellent Glock holsters available, though thereโs no one-size-fits-all answer. It ultimately depends on your carry style, your budget, and what kind of comfort and retention youโre willing to demand from your gear.
At the top of our list, we think the Hidden Hybrid Holsters OWB/IWB is the best. It offers a unique blend of versatility, stability, and comfort that we like.
If you’re on a tight budget though, the We The People IWB gets you in the game for day-to-day carry. If you’re looking for a great IWB holster and have some money to spend, the Vedder LightTuck and Alien Gear Cloak Tuck are also great picks.
If appendix is your thing, we recommend the Tier 1 Axis Elite holster. And of course, nothing beats a good-ole-fashioned leather holster like the Galco Combat Master.
There’s plenty of options out there. Whatever you carry, carry it well.
