Fix It Sticks All-in-One Torque Driver Kit – Hands-On Review
The Fix It Sticks All-in-One Torque Driver Kit is brilliantly designed and genuinely unique — but the price tag stings. Here’s our hands-on review of the kit that’s replaced our range bag multi-tool.

TL;DR
Reasons to Skip:
This kit is brilliantly designed and genuinely unique—its only real downside is the price.
Score: 9/10
Let’s be honest for a second.
Most of us have, at some point, mounted an optic, tightened a scope ring, or installed a handguard and thought: “Yeah… that feels tight enough.”
Sometimes that works out. Other times, you end up with a wandering zero, stripped screws, or the sinking feeling that you just over-torqued something expensive.
That’s exactly the problem Fix It Sticks set out to solve—and after spending real time with their All-in-One Torque Driver Kit, I get why this tool has such a loyal following.

It’s not cheap. It’s not flashy.
But it is one of the smartest, most genuinely useful tool kits I’ve used in a long time.

This review is based on our actual experience with it, both the good and bad.
So… What Is Fix It Sticks?
There are plenty of torque drivers and small tool kits out there, but Fix It Sticks brings a unique offering to the table.
This kit includes a torque-limiting attachment that works with standard ¼” hex drivers. That means when you need precision, you simply attach the limiter, tighten the screw to the correct torque, and move on with life.
Not everything requires precise torque, though—and Fix It Sticks gets that. You can use the T-handle and bits on their own for general work, then add the torque limiter only when it actually matters.
If you’ve ever mounted an expensive optic and thought, “I really hope that’s tight enough—but not too tight,” you already understand why this matters.
There are many other tools and kits to shop from Fix It Sticks. These are just a few of the most relevant kits for this article.

| All-In-One 15-65 in/lb Torque Limiter Alone | $70 |

What Comes in the Kit (As Tested)
Here’s what’s included in the exact kit I tested:
- Stainless steel T-handle wrench
- All-in-One torque limiter (0–65 in-lb range)
- Assorted driver bits (hex, Torx, flathead, Phillips)
- Compact carry case

Build Quality & Design
My thoughts on the quality and design: The T-handle has a smooth stainless finish and feels solid without being heavy. One of my favorite design features is the fact that it has three bit holders, one at each end of the handle.
It’s an odd thing to appreciate, but you can keep multiple bit sizes ready to go without constantly swapping bits in and out, which is handy.
Another thing I liked is the free-spinning grip ring, which lets you hold the tool steady with one hand while turning it with the other. There’s no need to constantly readjust your grip.

What Makes Fix It Sticks Different?
There are plenty of torque drivers out there, but almost all of them are dedicated, purpose-built tools. They’re usually larger, bulkier, and require you to manually set the torque value each time.
Fix It Sticks is a torque calibrated ATTACHMENT which you can put on ANY standard hex bit driver. Suddenly, that basic T-handle becomes a precision torque driver. And NO adjustment required. Put it on the handle, tighten the screw to the desired torque and you’re done.
That is different. There really isn’t another product on the market that works quite like this.

Other single-purpose torque drivers accomplish the same thing, but they’re usually bigger and require an extra step of adjusting the torque setting and they give a “click” sound when that torque setting is reached letting you know to stop.
Hopefully you remembered to change the torque setting from one screw to another so you don’t over-torque something and risk damaging something expensive…like a scope.
Torque Accuracy
Fix It Sticks offers:
- Individual preset torque limiters (rated ±6%)
- The All-in-One torque limiter tested here (0–65 in-lb, rated ±10%)
In my case, I went with the All-in-One because of its versatility. The tradeoff is that, because of its adjustment-free design, the final precision depends somewhat on user technique.
Important note:
We didn’t perform lab testing to confirm torque accuracy. Our impressions are based on Fix It Sticks’ published specs and hands-on use.
Important Usage Note
Fix It Sticks includes very clear instructions, and they’re worth repeating:
Do NOT use the torque limiter for loosening screws.
It’s a one-way tool designed only for tightening. Always loosen fasteners without the limiter attached.
How We Tested
First up, the measurables.
The Fix It Sticks kit tipped our scales at 12 5/8oz, which I’d say in not very heavy at all for a toolset.
I then measured the dimensions, coming in at 4×5 inches. That’s small enough to fit into your back pocket, making this an easily portable kit. You’ll have no problem tossing it into a range bag or backpack.

Field Testing Notes:
- Firearm used: PSA Sabre-15
- Test type: Disassembly + reassembly + live-fire function test
- Torque verification: Not independently verified
- Total sessions: 1
- Ownership duration: 7 months (at time of writing)

I put this kit to the test by performing a complete disassembly and reassembly of a PSA Sabre-15. I also took it with me to the range to make adjustments to my scope when sighting it in.
The basic kit does exactly what I needed. The process was smooth, straightforward, and, dare I say, enjoyable. I only lost one spring in the process.
After reassembly, I unleashed a lot of pent up energy with the reassembled rifle.

Back at my workbench, I also verified
Beyond firearms, I’ve also used this kit for camera gear and general workshop tasks, and it has earned a permanent spot in my camera bag.
This is the kind of gear we keep on hand for range days, travel, and general maintenance.

Pros & Cons
Cons:
For tasks that go beyond hex and Torx fasteners, we often pair this kit with our guide to the CAT M4 cleaning tool for general rifle maintenance.
Value & Warranty
Copied from the Fix It Sticks website:
“We guarantee our Hand Tools to be free of material or manufacturing defects for a period of twenty four months after purchase. Torque products are guaranteed for a period of twelve months after purchase.”
A one year warranty feels pretty light duty to me for an expensive tool. Take that for what it is. There are plenty of other tool brands that offer a lifetime warranty. But again, this tool is more unique than those others.
Final Verdict

I’m not a fan of the price tag—but I am a big fan of this tool kit.
Fix It Sticks offers a smart, well-executed solution to a real problem, and it does so in a way that’s compact, versatile, and genuinely enjoyable to use.
If you care about doing things right, and doing them without hauling around a bulky toolbox, this kit is easy to recommend.

FAQ
Can you use the torque limiter to loosen screws?
No – Fix It Sticks explicitly warns not to do this. The torque limiter is a tightening-only tool.
Is the All-in-One torque limiter accurate enough?
Yes. The all-in-one limiter will be ±10%. If you need lighter tolerances you can buy the individual pre-set limiters which will be ±6%
Who is Fix It Sticks best for?
People who regularly work with optics, firearms, bikes, or camera gear and want a compact, travel-friendly tool kit.
Is it worth it over a traditional torque driver?
A traditional click-type torque wrench is usually cheaper and accurate, but it’s also bulkier and more limited in use. Fix It Sticks costs more, but it’s far more compact, versatile, and easier to carry. If you only torque screws occasionally, a basic driver makes sense; if you do it often and value portability, Fix It Sticks is easier to justify.
What torque range does this kit cover?
The All-in-One torque limiter tested in this review covers a range of 0–65 inch-pounds (in-lb).
Fix It Sticks also offers individual preset torque limiters for specific values if you don’t need a wide range or want tighter rated accuracy.
